Shipping Policy

All of our products are shipped every Friday morning, unless noted otherwise, exclusively via UPS Ground. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number which you should keep for your records. Heavy Heavy will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.

Return Policy

All sales are final. While we meticulously inspect all products prior to shipment for quality control, we will accept product exchanges if the item you purchased contained an undetected manufacturer’s defect. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at hello@heavyheavy.com within 5 days of delivery with details of the product and defect.

Merchandise purchased from Heavy Heavy may be exchanged if accompanied by original receipt and be in new condition and in the original packaging. Heavy Heavy will not be responsible for any costs associated with shipping the exchange. You can send the unworn/unused item to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within three (3) business days, whether you are entitled to an exchange as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to an exchange, we will replace and ship the product at no additional cost to you.

Please read each product’s description carefully as we cannot accept exchanges based on ordering an incorrect size.
